Sensational Sweets uses FedEx or USPS to ship you your order. We guarantee that your order will leave here in perfect condition!
We are not responsible for the following:
  • Any extra charges or damages due to a wrong address given to us.
  • The time of day when your order is delivered or if it is not left because you are not there to receive your order
  • Any order sent in good faith that is refused unless - there is severe damage to the box - which is noted with the carrier.
  • If the carrier can not deliver because of exceptional weather conditions or circumstances.
Shipping Wholesale:
  • Shipping costs were not added to your order at online checkout. We calculate your shipping costs as we pack them as each order requires unique packaging. Your shipping costs are added and your credit card is charged once we ship. We will contact you if we have any concerns.
Heat and Shipping Chocolate:
  • All warm climate and warm season orders will receive a $5.00-$10.00 surcharge for additional insulation, ice packs, and handling. Size of box will determine the amount of the charge. Additionally, all warm climate and warm season orders will be shipped air via Fed Ex or UPS when ground would be too slow.
